Lifetime of Service and Manufacturing Warranty

All of our rings and jewelry pieces are manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected thoroughly prior to pick-up or shipment. We are deeply committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase and we stand behind everything that we sell.

1. Manufacturing Warranty

We warrant that all our pieces will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of pick-up or delivery. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing¹, we recommend you contact us so we may evaluate your piece.

In the unlikely case that you receive a jewelry piece that suffers from manufacturing defects, we will fix it without any cost to you. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Lucce will void the warranty.

2. Diamond Lifetime Warranty

Lucce provides this Diamond lifetime warranty² which assures the authenticity, quality, and characteristics of your Natural Diamond or Lab Grown Diamond. This lifetime warranty also guarantees that your Diamond will not lose its brilliance and will not change in color over time. With proper care, your Diamond will remain just as beautiful as the day you bought it and will last a lifetime. 

3. Cleaning and Replating

Our complimentary cleaning service is offered over the lifetime of your fine jewelry and not only ensures that your diamonds or gemstones are cleaned, it also includes routinely checking that the stones are secure in their settings. With proper care, your Lucce ring or fine jewelry will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come. Contact us or bring your ring to our showroom for cleaning.

Our replating service is also offered over the lifetime of your ring and ensures that your ring will look brand new and free from micro-scratches that may have accumulated over time. The replating service has a minimal fee only. 

4. Resizing

Your gold or platinum ring comes with a lifetime resizing service. Most of our ring designs can be resized³. Resizing of Crafted-To-Order rings will have a minimal fee. The first resizing of a purchased On-Hand or Ready-To-Ship Ring is complimentary but succeeding resizing procedures will already have a minimal fee.  

Your resized ring will be inspected by quality assurance to ensure that our high standards are met, and that your ring has been fitted to the size that you need.

 

5. Repairs

We ensure that our craftsmanship is to the highest standards and repair all items made by Lucce. You may either bring your item to the Lucce showroom or send in your item by mail. After we make an assessment, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.

¹All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for neglect, wear and tear, improper storage, product loss or theft, and loss of gemstones due to misuse. 

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

• The discoloration or oxidation of precious metals caused by chemical exposure, humidity or temperature conditions, improper storage, immersion in pools and hot tubs, bathing, make-up.
• Prongs catching or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, causing a gemstone to fall out.
• The loss of a gemstone caused by damage or accidents during everyday wear
• Micro-scratches due to normal wear and tear or usage. 

 

²This Diamond warranty however does not cover damage as a result of neglect, abuse, misuse, loss or theft of your jewelry pieces. Accordingly, any alterations or treatments made by a jeweler other than Lucce will void the gemstone limited lifetime warranty that accompanies your ring or jewelry piece purchase.

Diamonds are known as the hardest gemstone but they can still break. Some examples of diamond issues that would not be considered under our warranty:

• Chipping and scratches on the Diamond as a result of high impact, external force, improper storage, misuse or abuse.
• Diamond falling out because of accidents or misuse during everyday normal wear.
• Diamond falling out or getting damaged because of improper storage or neglect.

 

³Some rings cannot be resized. This may be due to a size restriction, falling outside of the recommended range, or due to the design style. Contact us for more information and guidance regarding your ring resizing.
